Core Workshop Topics
Specialist training for teachers, SENCOs, pastoral teams, and school staff to strengthen child protection awareness, safeguarding confidence, and early intervention.
Topics may include recognising concerns, responding appropriately, understanding professional boundaries, communicating with families, and creating safer school environments.
Safeguarding Training for Schools
A sensitive and carefully delivered workshop designed to move from fear to empowerment. This training provides practical tools to help adults identify risks, encourage open communication, and implement protective strategies at home and at school.
Child Sexual Abuse Awareness
Training for educators, SENCOs, and pastoral teams supporting children with ADHD, autism, sensory needs, emotional regulation challenges, or other neurodiverse profiles.
The focus is on moving beyond diagnosis and towards practical, inclusive strategies that work in the classroom.
Navigating Neurodiversity
Guidance for schools and families on supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities within mainstream educational settings.
This workshop explores communication, reasonable adjustments, school support plans, emotional needs, and collaborative parent-school working.
SEND Support in Mainstream School
A practical session for schools and parent communities focused on moving beyond awareness and towards effective prevention, response, and follow-up.
Topics may include early signs, school culture, peer dynamics, documentation, communication with parents, and support plans.
Bullying Prevention & Intervention
For parents, caregivers, and school communities
When families and schools communicate well, and home feels emotionally safe, children are better able to thrive. This workshop explores both sides of that relationship.
Topics include strengthening parent-school communication, reducing conflict, building trust, supporting emotional resilience at home, and creating consistent environments where children feel understood, supported, and able to flourish.

06. Bullying and Discrimination
-
Every child matters. Every child has the right to be included, loved, and respected regardless of who they are, where they come from, or what they look like.
If your child is being bullied or discriminated at school, I will:
Support you to approach the school or with communicating with the school if you already approached them
Write strategic letters that will trigger an action
Attend a meeting with you to discuss a support plan
liaise with the school to implement legal measures that will prevent this from happening.
Review the plan with you and the school.
